Tonight we learn to make Homemade Mascarpone. From there we will create Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus with Mascarpone, Pasta with Burst Tomatoes, Salmon & Mascarpone, and Free-Form Seasonal Fruit Tart with Honeyed Mascarpone.
