Ahhh, Autumn in San Juan. Tonight we create Flatbreads with Roasted Grapes & Smoked Gouda, Fall Chopped Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing, Brown Sugar & Ginger Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Maple Apples, and some Ooey Gooey Pumpkin Bars.
Tonight we warm things up with a Caramelized Onion & Bacon Dip, Butternut Squash Bisque with Ginger Creme Fraiche, Rustic Chicken & Brie Tart, and Caramel Oatmeal Cookie Bars.
