Chicken Enchiladas with salsa verde, classic cheese enchiladas, roasted vegetable stacked enchiladas, and fantastic corn salsa with tortilla chips.
We start off by making soft pretzels with sweet hot mustard dipping sauce. Add some beer braised bratwurst, red cabbage with apples & raisins and a German potato salad.
The menu includes Sagaponack Corn Pudding, Scalloped Potato Gratin, Port and Cranberry Sauce and a Pumpkin Pecan Pie. Yum!
