Join us this evening for some new twists on some old School Italian.   We will teach you how to incorporate simple ingredients to create incredible, authentic flavors.  You and your special someone will enjoy a romantic evening creating a hearty Italian Dinner including Polenta Wedges with Tomato Tapenade, Risotto Timbale with Tomato Sauce, Italian Sausage and three cheeses, Chopped Italian Salad and a Meyer Lemon Cake.  Now That’s Amore!
