Nothing can compare to Paris in the Spring.   Join us for an evening of springtime amour as you and your date discover the Art of French cooking.  Together you will learn about authentic French cuisine and techniques.  Cook up something romantic along side your special someone as you prepare French dishes designed to inspire and delight.

On the menu: vichyssoise, salmon en papillote, petits pois a la Francaise (spring peas with lettuce, parsley & onions) and Tarte aux Pommes (apple tart).
