With Thanksgiving right around the corner, come learn to create a few new and improved side dishes!  We will create an Autumn Salad of Baby Kale, Roasted Delicata Squash, Persimmons & Toasted Sunflower Seeds with a Honey-Dijon Dressing.  How about The Greatest Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes.  We will make a Wild and Brown Rice dish with Caramelized Onions, Dried Cherries, Orange & Pine Nuts.  And Garlic Roasted Green Beans with Cranberries, Toasted Walnuts & Balsamic.
