Vegetarian Delight

Vegetables are healthy, now let’s make them inviting and exciting!  Chef Suzanne’s inspiration comes from her Mediterranean background and passion for fresh ingredients.  In this class you will learn techniques for tastier and healthier vegetable cooking.  On the menu is Antipasta Kebabs, Pasta Primavera, Spinach, Orange & Avocado Salad, and a toasted coconut refrigerator cake.
