Techniques Class – Art of Sauté

The French way is still the best way for outstanding flavor.  By learning this crafty culinary technique, you can make food more delicious and healthful.  On the menu: sautéed Chicken Scarpriello, sautéed Green Beans with Almonds and an Orzo Risotto.  We’ll finish the evening with Chocolate Clouds.  From here you will be able to sauté anything!
