Techniques Class – Art of Sauté

The French way is still the best way for outstanding flavor.  By learning this crafty culinary technique, you can make food more delicious and healthful.  On the menu: Chicken Picatta, steam sautéed Green Beans and a Brown Butter Orzo Risotto.  We’ll finish the evening with sautéed Apples with Vanilla Ice Cream.  From here you will be able to sauté anything!
