A Taste of Basque – Supper Club

To celebrate the rich Basque history in San Juan Capistrano, join us tonight as we make Toasts with P’tit Basque Cheese, caramelized onions & Spanish Chorizo.  Also a Salad of Grilled Endive with Sun-dried Tomato Vinaigrette.  Perfectly seared Lamb Chops with a pan sauce of garlic, lemon, parsley & wine.  Vegetable Rice, a classic Basque dish of medium grain rice, bell peppers, zucchini, onions & tomatoes simmered with garlic, thyme & paprika.  Finally, La Vina de San Sebastian Baked Cheesecake.
