Salmon is delicious and universally loved, it is good for you and simple to prepare.  But it seems so scary, easy to under cook, easy to over cook, is it wild, is it farmed? Join us and learn how fish cooked properly becomes flavorful, satisfying and memorable.

This rustic yet refined menu includes Parsley & Orzo Soup with Walnuts, Salmon Roasted with Potatoes, Thyme & Dijon, Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan and a light dessert of Flour-less Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies.
