This is our popular Pizza Class.  Learn to make our foolproof Master Pizza Dough (in three variations!)  From there we create a Hearty Whole Wheat Pizza with Caramelized Onions, Bacon & Gruyere.  Also a Cornmeal Crust Pizza with Fresh Mozzarella, Smoke Mozzarella, Roasted Butternut Squash, Fried Sage & Toasted Walnuts.  And finally, a Stuffed Crust Pepperoni & Mushroom Pizza with the easiest red sauce ever!
