Mediterranean Flavors

Join us for a culinary excursion to the Mediterranean.  Chef Suzanne will guide you as we explore a variety of dishes influenced by the cuisines of Greece, Italy, and Spain.  You’ll learn to create an easy and delicious meal bursting with seasonal flavors, perfect for entertaining family and friends.

Recipes include Chicken Roulades Stuffed with Kalamata Olives & Sun dried Tomatoes, Creamy Orzo with Feta and Sun dried Tomatoes, Addictive Asparagus with Pancetta & Leeks leeks, and a simple apple tart.
