During this fun and romantic evening, let us “kick it up a notch” with Creole Seared Pork Tenderloin with Onion Applesauce, Jambalaya, Cajun Slaw, N’awlins Buttered Corn and – to finish the evening – a Chocolate Mousse Cake.
