Kicked Up Classics

Tonight our menu comes from the four corners of our garden.  Crostini of Balsamic Marinated Strawberries & Creamy Chevre, Beets & Swiss Chard sauteed with Shallots & Riesling, Roasted Salmon with Mustard & Tarragon, and a Rhubarb & Orange Crumble.

With Spring just around the corner, we're celebrating its arrival with fresh menu.  Tonight we create a Mini Quiche Lorraine, a Spring Pea & Radish Salad with Feta & Herbed Lime Dressing, Shrimp Risotto with Spinach, Lemon & Basil, and Coconut Lime Squares.
